In summery, they have a pretty nice facility/location/view, but a little more cleanliness and CS
Positive: Location and view was great, the rooms were good value for the money. The staff have 0 customer service save for Shari whom i did not see but communicated with online. The rooms were modest clean and you definitely can not use the filthy rusted grills. A HK staff bust into our room before 10am even when we was switching cottages in the same property.
Negative: Customer service
