Lovely chalet with great views
Positive: Location and views
Negative: Checking in system was confused, had msg in April to advise that I would receive a check in email 2 days before, but not received and chased on the morning of our stay to be told I would receive an email at 3pm, no email received so phoned and told the information was on the portal- may be a new system but customers need to be told
